• Here are the exchange rates for all foreign currencies are managed. These are required for bookings in foreign currency.


Mouse Functions:

  • Right click with the mouse opens the following functions.


Functions from top to bottom:

  1. Adds new foreign currencies added.
  2. Here, descriptions and rates are adjusted.
  3. Away pertinent exchange.


Add / Change

  • Foreign currency   -->   Here, the relevant foreign currency must be selected. By default, the     following three foreign currencies are available: EUR, USD, and GBP.
  • FW Group            -->   To foreign currency transactions in the currency selected here FW groups are allocated.
  • Date                     -->   From the selected date of the corresponding exchange rate is valid.
  • Exchange rate       -->   Including the price at which inntact converts.
  • Exchange active    -->   Here, a rate of exchange will be disabled.
