Inventory Check List
Item Number --> If this option is selected, enter the item number range (From–To) to filter the inventory list.
Description --> If this option is selected, enter the item description (From–To) to filter the inventory list.
Location --> If this option is selected, enter the item location (From–To) to filter the inventory list.
Item Group --> If this option is selected, click the look-up button to browse article groups or enter an article Number (From–To) to filter the inventory list.
Backlog Inventory List --> If the Backlog Inventory List checkbox is selected, a date field appears (e.g., 31.12.). This allows you to generate an inventory list as of a previous date.

Group by Item Group. --> If the Group by Item Group checkbox is selected, the report will display all items that belong to the selected Item Group.
Only items with qty. on hand <> 0 --> If the Only items with qty. on hand <> 0 checkbox is selected, the report will display only the items that have stock (quantity not equal to zero).
Include Inactive Items --> If the Include Inactive Items checkbox is selected, the report will also display items with zero quantity.
Alternate Location --> If a location is selected from the Alternate Location dropdown, the Inventory List report will display the quantities and totals for the chosen location.
Additional information --> If text is entered in the Additional Information field, it will be displayed in the Inventory List report preview.
Report Name --> You must setup first the "address card" in Tools menu under "Editor (List & Label)" and can also set the report as default.
